An invitation to What Is Coming For Canada Bay?

Many Canada Bay residents are feeling under siege. With two TODs (Homebush and North Strathfield), an ever-increasing number of State Significant Developments and ‘Low and Medium Rise’ (LMR) zonings seeing 9-storey development proposals throughout the LGA, the changes are dramatic. We all need housing, and density must increase. But is there a better way? What can be done? What should be done? Come, have your say at our free public forum.
